  • Professionals
    • Project: Architects, urban planners, landscape architects, environmental engineers, civil engineers and city and regional planning professionals, looking for tools and methods for requalification in the domain of the ecological transition.
    • Scholars: in architecture, urban planning, landscaping; sciences and techniques of building, city and territory; human and social sciences.
    • From the public sector: public, political, urban and territorial administrators wishing to prepare themselves for the decision-making processes and the executive environment of the 21st century.
    • Citizens: Individuals interested in the ecological transition.

 

  • Students
    • PhD students: in architecture, urban planning, heritage, urban studies, political studies and environmental studies wishing to qualify their degrees for entry into the professional sectors of the ecological transition.
    • Master’s students: in architecture, urban planning, landscape design and environmental sciences.

Accommodation and meals: The cost of accommodation during stays in Geneva is your responsibility. For those who wish, the Fondation Braillard Architectes can provide a list of solutions. Please contact us for more details. Meals are at your own expense. Coffee, tea, water, and snacks are available throughout the workshop. Occasionally, meals will be organised during outings and provided by the Transition Workshop.

LOGISTICS

VALIDATION OF THE TRANSITION WORKSHOP

THEORY MASTERCLASS

  • 2024: A written theoretical report submitted before (June 30)
    2025: A written theoretical report submitted before (date to come)


DESIGN STUDIO

2024

  • Written: A .ppt presentation or equivalent on July 5, 2024
  • Oral: A team presentation of the work on July 12, 2024
  • Written or oral submissions can only be postponed with a medical certificate sent before the deadline, by email to the Braillard Architectes Foundation. If a medical certificate is not possible, a solution will be negotiated.
  • Geneva Seminar Day | Public presentation of the work: November 20, 2023

 

2025

  • Written: A ppt presentation or equivalent on July 7, 2025
  • Oral: A team presentation of the work on July 18, 2025
  • Written or oral submissions can only be postponed with a medical certificate sent before the deadline, by email to the Braillard Architectes Foundation. If a medical certificate is not possible, a solution will be negotiated.
