Registration in the full course corresponds to 160 hours of workload, and are equivalent to 8 ECTS.<\/p><p>However, the full course, although strongly recommended, is not the only option. The participant has however the possibility of continuing or completing the course in the following years.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Absences from the course:<\/strong> 2 days of the total course (or a maximum of 16 hours) are authorized. Beyond these 2 days of absence, the unattended classes must be completed during the next year\u2019s edition, in order to receive the certificate of studies.<\/p>\n<p>The certificate of studies is issued upon receipt of the corresponding course fee. Will I get credit from a university? How long do I have to wait to receive my certificate?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As part of its public role, the Fondation Braillard Architectes awards the certificate of studies in accordance with Swiss federal and cantonal laws and regulations. In this sense, the certificate of studies is fully recognized as such.<\/li>\n<li>The validation of the ECTS credits of the Transition Workshop is the responsibility of the participant&#8217;s home academic institution. For any recognition of ECTS units, please ask your institution\u2019s administration to contact the Braillard Architects Foundation <a href=\"mailto:transitionworkshop@braillard.ch\">transitionworkshop@braillard.ch<\/a><u> <\/u><\/li>\n<li>Certificates are awarded in December of the current Transition Workshop year.
