TRANSITION WORKSHOP

Certified, interdisciplinary training program on ecological transition through architectural, urban, and landscape projects. It is intended for professionals in the construction, urban, and regional sectors, as well as doctoral students.

The Transition Workshop has been delivered in Geneva by the Fondation Braillard Architectes since 2020, in partnership with the Swiss Confederation, the Canton of Geneva, the City of Geneva, the University of Geneva, and the Geneva Industrial Services (SIG).

Its various modules provide knowledge on the challenges and parameters of the environmental emergency and develop practical methods to address them by shaping low-carbon and resilient living spaces.

The originality and added value of the Transition Workshop lies in its unique method of integrating theory and practice. It is based on its team’s many years of experience in the scientific supervision of international consultations for the ecological transition of cities and regions.
